Since I started using this product, I have been a happy camper. When I first joined the gym, i had no idea what an AB wheel was, until I saw someone using one a plastic one in the gym. So I gave it a shot. The first few experiences with a plastic AB wheel were not enjoyable. My wrists used to hurt when I was done with my AB exercise. For a while, I stopped doing AB workouts due to the discomfort. Then I stumbled on to Body Development Pro AB Wheel. Since I started using this AB wheel, I have always looked forward to my AB workouts
This AB wheel weights 3.2 lbs & has a Carbon-Steel Springs which adds resistance & reduce pressure on lower back muscles. The wheelbase is wide for adding stability. The curved handles prevent stress on the wrists while engaging the arm & shoulders. The handles have ridges which help help with a person’s grip while using the product.
To use the wheel, get on your knees; preferably on a comfortable spot. If in the gym places you knees on a mat & if at home you can use a carpet for knee placement. Once in place, place the ab roller in front of you. Grab both sides of the AB wheel & roll forward until fully stretched. Then roll back.
